The former Chairman and Secretary of the House of Representative Ad-hoc committe on fuel subsidy probe and Mr Boniface Emenalo who are standing criminal charges by ICPC(Independent Practices and other related offences Commission) for the bribe collected from the Chairman of Zenon Oil Ltd, Mr Femi Otedola, prayed the court presided over by Justice Mudashiru Oniyangi of Abuja Federal High Court to quash the criminal charges brought against them by ICPC on the grounds of lack of evidence. The matter could not hold yesterday as the Judge was bereaved,so the matter was adjourned till 10th May,2013 for further hearing.....But even at that I still wonder why the receivers of the bribe were not charged to the court with the giver of the said bribe yet he(Otedola) still attends Economic council meetings at Aso Rock as a free man( Jonathan is really fighting corruption...........hahaha,I dy laugh)the last has not been heard or seen.
