Funke Akindele Denies Marriage Collapse.

Nollywood star actress Funke Akindele has broken the silence on her alleged failed marriage rumour,stating emphatically that her marriage to Alhaji Kehinde Oloyede is in intact.
In an SMS message Funke wrote:"I read in the newspaper yesterday that I am divorced. What proof do you have? And I am taking this to court because my marriage is in tact. You guys are rumour mongers.Funke Akindele Oloyede".
The rumours of Funke's sudden separation with her hubby, Kehinde,started on blogs and social media with blogger Linda Ikeji reporting she read a short statement posted on Kehinde's facebook wall stating that his marriage with Funke is all over. Before Kehinde later deleted the post, Linda also claimed she contacted with Funke's publicist who confirmed the break up to her. Kehinde was reported to have posted,"It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing the separation of me and my wife, Mrs Olufunke Akindele. We have both agreed to go our separate ways because of irreconcilable difference. We are still best of friends and we would forever remain good friends". Funke's silence after some days the story went viral,actually fuelled the rumour as many people were left with no option than to believe the story,because the Igbos say silence means acceptance. But Mrs Muhammed who is Funke's elder sister as well as her spokeperson has denied confirming the alleged break up to anybody. Funke is reported to have been crying inconsolably since the incident,fearing criticisms by her fans and her clients' reaction. Funke popular for her character as Jenifa in a movie,is a film producer and ambassador of several brands,including telecommunication giant,Globacom got married to Oloyede 14 months ago in a grand ceremony held in Lagos.[Culled from VanguardNews] ******Kehinde said it's over due to irreconcilable differences,(just in 14 months and yet they would remain best friends forever)yet Funke said there was no divorce. Some people don't just know what a marriage is,if they are Catholics,then I doubt if they really went for six months marriage training course. Irreconcilable differences my foot!!
